Wholewheat Honey Chocolate Oats Cookies (Eggless)

Easy to follow oatmeal cookie recipe. These cookies are very healthy and crunchy. Perfect for breakfast or tea time and its eggless.

Ingredients:-
1.)Oatmeal- 1 and half cups
2 .)Whole wheat flour (Aata)- 1/2 cup
3.)Plain flour (Maida)- 1/3 cup
Butter- 2 tablespoons (60 gms approx)
4.)Milk- 1/3 cup (80 ml approx)
5.)Sugar- 1 cup
6.)Honey- 1 tablespoon
7.)Cocoa powder-1 tablespoon
8.)1 cup white chocolate chunks/chips
9.)Cinnamon powder- 1/2 teaspoon
10.)Baking powder- 1 tsp
11.)Salt- 1 pinch
12.)1 cup Almonds  chopped

Method:-
1.)Mix all the dry ingredients (Wheatflour, flour,cocoa powder, salt, baking soda & cinnamon powder) in a separate bowl. Mix it well with a spoon and keep it aside.

2.)In a separate bowl take butter (at room temperature) and sugar and cream them together. I have used a hand whisk  but you can also use a electric beater. Beat it for a minute, add honey to it and again beat it for a minute.

3.)Add milk to the butter mixture and and mix it well.

4.)Now add the flour, oats,white chocolate chips/chocolate chunks  and almonds to it and mix it with a spatula. Mix until it forms a dough.

5.)Keep the dough in fridge for 15 minutes so that you can easily handle the dough. At this time preheat your oven at 180ÂșC.

6.)Take out the dough from the fridge and take a spoon full of dough, shape it into a round ball and place the cookies into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

7.)Place the cookies into the oven and bake it for 10-15 minutes until the edges of the cookies are light brown.

8.)Take out from the oven and place the cookies into the cooling rack and let it cool completely.

9.)You can enjoy this tasty and healthy cookies with a cup of tea or coffee.
