Ingredients for  Tomato Pulav Recipe:-
1.)Tomato 2 large
2.)Cooked rice 3 cups
3.)Onion 3 small
4.)Oil 2-3 tablespoons
5.)Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
6.)Ginger-garlic paste 1 1/2 teaspoons
7.)Red chilli paste 1 teaspoon
8.)Tomato sauce 1 tablespoon
9.)Pav bhaji masala 1 tablespoon
10.)Green peas boiled 1/2 cup
11.)Paneer (cottage cheese) 50 grams
12.)Salt to taste
13.)Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
14.)Fresh coriander leaves chopped 3 tablespoons
15.)2 green chillies finely chopped

Method:-
Step 1
Heat a deep non-stick pan. Cube the onions and separate the layers. Pour oil into the pan and add cumin seeds. Sauté till they are lightly browned.

Step 2
Add the onions and sauté. Dice the capsicum and tomatoes. When the onions turn a light golden brown, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

Step 3
Add red chilli paste, tomato sauce and pav bhaji masala and mix well. Add green peas, tomato and green chillies and mix. Cut the cottage cheese into small cubes and add to the pan.

Step 4
Mix gently and add salt and 1/2 cup water. Add lemon juice and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mix. Add the cooked rice and mix gently and let it get heated through.

Step 5
Serve hot with some kachumbar raita/boondi raita .
