Home-made Mint Chocolate Chips Ice Cream





 This recipe is for super easy, refreshing and delicious Mint Ice Cream. This minty chocolate chip goodness is heavenly and tempting . Do try this mint chocolate chip ice cream without ice cream maker. 

Minty Refreshment and Chocolaty Goodness in a double heaped  scoop of ice cream? Yeah! Mint refreshens, cools and relaxes the body on a hot day and chocolate chips give the icecream a chunky feel. This Ice cream is an absolute delight.

Ingredients-

1. 1 cup fresh mint leaves
2. 1/2 cup milk
3. 1 cup whipping cream
4. 1 cup condensed milk
5. 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips 


Method-
1. Firstly gather all the necessary ingredients.
2. Take a vessel and keep it in the freezer for 1 hour. This will ensure you get a proper consistency of whipped cream.
3.Now make a mint paste by adding mint to a blender along with half cup milk.
4. Remove the vessel from freezer and add whipping cream to it. 
5. Whip it with electric mixer slowly and gradually increase the speed. Whip it at slow speed for 5 to 8 mins.  Then increase speed and whip for 3 mins. 
6. Check if you get stiff peaks, once you do, stop whipping. Add mint paste followed by condensed milk and whip for another 3 to 4 mins.
7. Fold the cream properly then add chocolate chips to it.
8. Transfer the ice cream mix to a container and cover it with the lid.
9. Freeze it for 6 to 7 hours or overnight.
10. Remove after 6 to 7 hours scoop it out and enjoy.
