Potato Corn & Cheese Bread Rolls

I'm  sharing today a recipe called potato cheese corn rolls. A recipe where corn is mixed with potato and cheese to make a delicious  Potato Corn  Cheese Roll. It’s a very easy snacks recipe and can easily be used as a starter.

Ingredients for making Corn Rolls:
1.)3 medium sized boiled Potato
2.)5-6 tbsp Boiled Corn
3.)1 tsp Black Pepper
4.)1 tbsp cornflour
5.)3 pieces of Bread
6.)4 pieces of Cheese Cubes (grated)
7.)Salt to Taste
8.)Oil to shallow fry
9.)1 tsp garlic
10.)1 tsp turmeric powder
11.)1 tsp green chilli paste
12.) 1 tsp mustard seeds & cumin seeds

How to Make Potato Cheese Corn Rolls:
1) Grate boiled potatoes in a bowl.

2.) Grind boiled corn and make a thick paste.

3.) Take a bowl add grinded corn,
poatato,cheese, salt, black pepper and make a mixture out of them and keep it aside fo some time .

4.)Now take a kadhai heat it add 1 tablespoon then add mustard seeds let them crackle .

5.)After the mustard seeds crackle then add cumin seeds & chopped  garlic sauté for 30 seconds.

6.)Now add turmeric powder then add the potatoe & cheese mixture which we had prepared earlier.

7.)Now your filling fir the roll is ready let it come to room temperature then we can use it.

8.)Now take the bread slices fill the mixture and seal the edges completely with cornflour patse.

9.)Shallow fry these rolls & serve them with mayo dip & green chutney.

Note:
To make cornflour paste just take a bowl add 1 tablespoon cornflour & little water mix it so that no lumps are remained & the paste becomes thick.
