Weight Loss Water/Detox drink
The main focus of this post is weight loss & detoxification of the body.This recipe will not only help you get hydrated, but it will help you flush out toxins, feel full and can lose weight fast.
A healthy diet, exercise and self-control are key factors to successful weight loss.
Ingredients:
1.)1 tablespoon cumin seeds
2.)1 tablespoon coriander seeds
3.)7 to 8 mint leaves
4.)1 tablespoon coriander leaves(chopped)
5.)1 tablespoon fennel seeds
6.)2 cups water (500ml)
Method:
1.)In a sauce pan add the water and allow it to boil.
2.)Now add all the above ingredients & give the mixture a boil .
3.)Turn off the heat & cover it for 10 to 15 mins.
4.)Now your weight loss water/detox water is ready to consume.
Note:-
1.)You should follow this for atleast 1 month to get the results.
2.)You should consume this water hot or warm if you consume it cold then it will loose its properties.
