Chocolate Rum Balls

Why buy  chocolate rum balls from the bakery??? When u can make them at home with simple steps .
Rum chocolate balls

Ingredients:
1.)500gm brownie or cake (Cake or brownie )
2.)3 tbsp icing sugar
3.)250 gm chopped
chocolate
4.)100gm chopped walnuts
5.)50gm of  fresh cream
6.)1/2  cup condensed milk
7.)1tsp rum essence

Method:
This is a 10 step process:
1.)Make brownie or cake and allow it to cool completely and keep it over night .
2.)Now the next day crush the brownie or cake in a mixer jar till it becomes like a  powder texture.
3.)Add chopped walnuts,condensed milk and  fresh cream to the cake/brownie powder.
4.)Add rum essence  & icing sugar .
5.)Mix it well so that no lumps are there .
6.)Now take the mixture on ur plam and make balls out of it and keep in in freezer for 10mins .
7.)Till the balls are frozen with double boiling method melt the chocolate slab .
8.)Take out the balls from freezer and coat the balls with the melted chocolate by dipping them in melted chocolate.
9.)Now again freeze the balls till the chocolate gets hard and gets nicely
coated.
10.)Now they are ready to serve.

Note:
1.)If u want u can garnish with  colourful sprinklers .
2.)If u do not have condensed milk u can add our normal milk which we use daily.
