Mint or pudina chutney

Mint chutney or pudina chutney recipe – this is the same mint chutney recipe that is served in restaurants with tandoori snacks like kebabs and tikkas, be it veg or non veg.
You can serve the mint chutney with any snack of your choice. I use this as a filling for my sandwiches

INGREDIENTS (measuring cup used, 1 cup = 250 ml)
1.)1 and half cup fresh mint leaves/pudina
2.)1 cup fresh coriander leaves/dhania
3)2 green chili/hari mirch, chopped
4.)1 small onion/pyaaz, chopped
5.)½ inch ginger/adrak, chopped
6.)2-3 garlic cloves/lahsun, chopped (optional)
7.)1 tsp cumin powder/jeera powder
8.)1 tsp lemon juice
9.)1 tablespoon oil
10.)black salt or rock salt as required

Method:
1.)Grind the mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, onion and green chili with little water to a smooth paste.
2.)Add 1 tsp lemon juice & 1 tablespoon oil and blend till everything combines well.
3.)Your chutney is ready .Serve the mint chutney with any tandoori snack , starter or use it as filling for sandwiches & wraps.
