Egg Schezwan Fried Rice

Super tasty and yummy Egg Schezwan Rice my style .

Ingredients:
1.)2 tablespoon oil
2.)Salt as per taste
3.)4 eggs
4.)1 cup boiled brown rice
5.)1 medium sized onion finely chopped
6.)1 tablespoon chopped capsicum
7.)1 tsp ginger  garlic paste
8.)1 red chilli
9.)1 tsp black pepper powder
10.)Coriander for garnish (finely chopped)
11.)Mint leaves for garnish
12.)1 tablespoon schezwan sauce
13.)1 tsp green chilli sauce
14.)1 tsp soy sauce

Method:
1.)In a kadhai add 2 tablespoon oil then add chopped onion and saute till the raw smell of onion goes away .Then add ginger garlic paste and saute .
2.)Then add salt,schezwan sauce ,green chilli sauce,black pepper powder ,soy sauce and saute for a min .
3.)Now add chopped capsicum and saute for 2 mins then break 3 whole eggs and saute till they get scrambled.
4.)Then add the boiled rice and mix everything well .
5.)Remove the rice in serving plate garnish with chopped coriander, mint leaves and a fried  red chilli.Cut a hard boiled egg & place it over the rice .
6.)Now your egg schezwan rice is ready .
