Chocolate Doughnuts

Preparation Time : 30  mins
Resting Time : 2 hours or so
Cooking Time : 1 to 2 mins per batch
Makes :10 to 12 donuts

Ingredients:

1.)All Purpose Flour / Maida - 3 cup + more
2.)Salt - 1/2 tsp
3.)Milk Powder - 4 tblspn
4.)Warm Milk - 1 cup +more as needed
5.)Sugar - 10 tsp powdered
6.)1/2 cup olive oil
7.)Dry Yeast - 1 tsp
8.)Oil for Deep frying

For Chocolate Ganache:
1.)100gm melted chocolate(use double boiler method)
2.)1 cup heavy cream

For Toppings:
1.)Silver Balls
2.)Chocolate chips 

Method:

1.)Take warm milk, sugar, yeast in a bowl and let it activate for 5 mins till it gets foamy.

2.)Take flour, baking powder & salt in a bowl.
 
3.)Add in the yeast milk and use a spoon to mix the whole thing. If u feel the dough is very sticky add some more flour and make a tight dough .

4.)Cover and let it rise for a hour or till it is doubled in size.
 
5.)Punch the air down and add more flour and knead to a soft dough.

6.)Now roll the dough with a rolling pin and cut into donut shape. 

7.)Arrange it in a plate and let it rise for 30 mins or so.

8.)Fry this till golden on both sides.

9.)Dip the donuts in chocolate ganache & keep in fridge for 10 mins atleast .

10.) Garnish with chocolate chips & silver balls
 
11.)Serve.
