Veg. Burger

Wanna have yummy burger's at home .Here is a recipe for you guyz....
Ingredients:
1.) 3 potatoes boiled and mashed
2.)1 medium onion chopped
3.)1 carrot grated
4.)2 cup cabbage chopped finely
5.)1/2 cup oats
6.) 1 cup maida and corn flour mixture mixed with water (thick consistency)
7.)1 cup bread crums
8.)2 tsp salt
9.)1 tsp black pepper powder
10.)1/2 cup white eggless mayoniese
11.)2 tsp tomato sauce
12.)1/2 cup boiled green peas & french beans .
13.)2 burger buns
14.)1 cheese slice
15.)1 tsp chilli flakes & oregano
16.)oil for making tikki's
17.)oil for frying (* Can use any type of oil but the best oil is canola or olive oil)
18.)2 tsp ginger garlic paste
19.) 2 tsp red chilli powder
20.)1 tsp garam masala powder
Method:
1.)After boiling the potatoes keep them in freezer for 1 hr.
2.)Now mash the potatoes.Add salt as per taste .Add black  pepper powder as per taste .
3.)Add boiled green peas & french beans. Add grated carrot  .Add ginger garlic paste & red chilli powder.
4.)Add roasted oats for binding the mixture.
4.)Add Add 2 tsp oil .
5.)Add corn flour & maida Paste .
6.)Mix everything well.
For making tikki's :
1.)Now apply oil on plams and make rounded  tikki's .
2.)Frezze the tikki in fridge for 2 hrs . Remove the tikki and thaw the tikkis for 5 mins & fry them till golden brown .
For making colslaw salad:
1.)Take 2 tsp white eggless mayo in a bowl and add  oregano,chilli flakes ,tomato sauce and now  mix it well.
2.)Now add chopped cabbage & grated carrots.Combine everything well
 
Assembling the burger:
1.)Cut the burger buns into half and apply some butter to pan and fry  thm on pan
2.) Place the  fried tikki onto the bun add colslaw salad,chopped tomato & sliced onion .
3.)Place a cheese slice on it and microwave the burger till the cheese slice melts a little.
4.)Serve hot with mayo dip or tomato  sauce.
