Chocolate Protien cake

'Chocolate cake's are simply yummy sinful & delightful .The aroma while baking a cake batter is so tempting. No one can resist eating a freshly baked cake'.

Common lets start with the recipe.

Ingredients:
1.)2 whole eggs

2.)1 scoop whey protien powder(any brand)

3.)1 chocolate slab 

4.)2 cups of brown sugar
5.)1 tsp baking soda
6.)1 cup all purpose flour(maida )
7.)250gm melted butter(1/2 cup)
8.)2 cups chopped almonds(optional)
9.)1/2 tsp salt
10.)1 tsp baking powder
11.)1 cup cream for making chocolate ganash (optional)
12.)1/2 cup milk

Recipe:
1.)Take a big round bowl add the eggs to it and beat it with hand blender for 5 to 10 mins till it gets stiff peaks
2.)Now add brown sugar,salt to the egg mixture and beat till all sugar gets melted  .
3.)Take little water in a pan place the pan on the gas and turn the gas on .Now place a glass bowl on the boiling water in the pan .Add the chocolate slab & 1/2 cup butter and melt it well (This method is called as double boiling method.)
4.)Now add the melted chocolate mixture and whey protien powder  in the egg mixture and beat it well till 5 mins.
5.)Now add all purpose flour/maida to the egg mixture and beat it well till everything get thick .
6.)Then add baking powder and beat well.
7.)Now add milk & chopped almonds to the whole mixture and beat well till all milk incorporates in  the mixture.
8.)Preheat oven at 180°c for 10 mins.
9.)Grease a baking tin with oil or butter & sprinkle little maida on it .Now Pour the whole mixture in a baking tin .
(Cooks in 10 to 15 mins)
10.)To check wheter the cake is done or no take a toothpick or knife and insert in the cake if it comes clean it is ready.
11.)Refrigarate the cake for 10 mins after bringing the hot cake to room temparature.
12.)Now take a bowl add the hot melted chocolate   &  1 cup cream and mix well .
(This step is for making chocolate ganash )
13 .)Remove the cake from the fridge and now pour the chcocolate ganash on top of the cake and enjoy it .
14.)Garnish with little chopped walnuts or almonds.
