Today I'm here with yet another minimalistic recipe for you guys. This one is for the spice lovers. As I'm a spicy food eater, I love this recipe a lot. It is quite spicy but worth trying if you eat spicy food. So let's see how mirchi chi bhaaji is made. The ingredients for this recipe are green chillies of your choice, peeled garlic cloves, jeera, and roasted groundnut powder. So these are the simple and few ingredients required for it. Let's look into the recipe.

Ingredients :
1) Spicy green chillies - 10 to 15 (dark green coloured)
2) Garlic  cloves - 8 to 10
3) Cumin seeds -1 tsp
4) Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
5) Peanuts powder - 3 tablespoons
6) Oil - 3tsp
7) Salt - as per taste
8) Coriander leaves chopped - for garnishing

Method:
1) Wash and slit the green chillies and keep them ready.
2) Dry roast peanuts and grind them to make a powder.
3) In a mortar and pestle add peeled garlic cloves  and cumin seeds, crush it and make a coarse mixture.
4) In a kadhai add little oil and fry the green chillies. After they change colour remove them on to a plate.
5) In the same kadhai add 2 tsp oil then add the garlic and cumin mixture.
6) Now add the fried chillies and little tumeric powder to it. Mix well.
7) Now add the peanut powder into it and mix  well. Allow it to cook.
8) Now add 1/2 cup hot water and mix it well. Let the water evaporate and cook the sabji. Add lots of chopped coriander as it will increase the flavour and enhance the taste.
9) When the complete water is evaporated  serve your sabji with any indian flatbread.

Happy cooking .
