Ingredients:
A.)For the base:
1.)100gm butter
2.)250gm chocolate oreo biscuits, finely crushed

B.)For the filling:
1.)200g/11oz tubs light soft cheese(I used D'lecta cream cheese, at room temperature)
2.)175g powdered sugar
3.)100gm Nutella(5 tablespoons)
4.)1 tsp vanilla extract
5.)100ml amul fresh cream
6.)100ml heavy whipping cream

Method:
For making the base:
1.)Crush the oreo biscuits in a mixer then add melted butter to it and mix throughly.

2.)Remove the mixture from the mixer & put it in the 8 inch round cake mould .
3.)Press the mixture with help of spatula .
4.)Now refrigerator the cake mould for atleast 1 hour or till it becomes hard.
For making cheesecake:
1.)Now take 200gm cream cheese , 100gm fresh cream,100ml whipping cream ,vanilla essence & nutella in a mixer jar & mix until smooth & creamy.This is your cheesecake topping.

2.)Now remove the cake mould from fridge & pour the cheesecake topping over.Now place the cake mould in the freezer & freeze it overnight
4.)The next day your cheesecake is ready while serving just remove the cake from freezer & allow it to come to room temperature then cut a slice of it and enjoy with chopped walnuts & crushed oreo biscuit.
