Chocolate Shots

Ingredients:-
1.)1½ oz. bittersweet chocolate
2.)2 tbsp. sugar
3.)1 tsp. drinking chocolate powder
4.)¼ cup.  milk
5.)1 cup whipped cream
6.)White chocolate chips for garnish(optional)
7.)Karonda cherry for garnish(optional)

Method:
1.)Microwave 1 1/2 ounces bittersweet chocolate on high for 1 minute; remove and whisk until melted.

2.)Whisk in 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon drinking chocolate powder until blended. Let cool slightly, then whisk in 1/4 cup  milk.

3.)Now in the chocolate mixture add 1  whipped cream and fold in gently.

4.)Divide between three shot glasses and  garnish with white chocolate chips & karonda cherries
