Chia Seeds Water

Chia seeds have become one of the most popular superfoods in the health community. They are easy to digest when prepared properly, and are a very versatile ingredient that adds easily to recipes.

The chia seed is nutrient dense and packs a punch of energy boosting power. Not only that, but recent research has found that the chia seed benefits are even greater than we realized. Now they have even been linked to healing diabetes.

The reason Chia seeds are so beneficial is due to them being rich in fiber, omega-3 fats, protein, vitamins & minerals.

Ingredients:
1.)2 tablespoon chia seeds
2.)500ml water

Method:
1.)In a glass add the chia seeds & then add pour  water over the chia seeds.
2.)Allow them to frement for 2 to 3 hrs or overnight.

Consumption:
1.)Consume this chia seeds water after breakfast or lunch it will help to keep your stomach full & help you to cut down your sugar cravings.
