Paneer chilli



Ingredients:
1.)250gm paneer
2.)Salt as per taste
3.)1 tsp pepper powder
4.)1 tablespoon soy sauce
5.)2 tsp green chilli sauce
6.)1 tablespoon schewan sauce
7.)Oil for frying
8.)1 tsp sugar
9.)1 tsp red chilli powder
10.)1 cup spring  onion greens chopped
11.)1 cup capsicum chopped in strips
12.)1 ginger finely chopped
13.)4 to 5 garlic & green chillies chopped

Method for frying panner :
1.)In a bowl add paneer pieces then add schewan sauce,green chilli sauce and little olive oil and coat with this sauces and marinate it for atleast 1 hr

2.)In a bowl take the cornflour and salt. toss the marinated paneer pieces in this mixture well so that the cornflour coats the paneer cubes well.

3.)shallow fry or pan fry the paneer cubes. the corn flour coating gives a nice white color to the paneer.

4.) Drain on kitchen paper tissues and keep them aside in  a bowl.

Method for making sauce :
1.)Heat  oil and stir fry the spring onions till transparent.

2.)add the chopped ginger, garlic. stir fry till the raw aroma of these disappear.Then add schewan sauce,soy sauce & green chilli sauce and saute for 1 min

3.)Now add the capsicum and green chilies.

4.)Stir fry these.

5.)Now stir fry till the capsicum is almost half cooked and add black pepper.

6.)Add veg stock or water

7.)Now add  1 tsp salt & sugar  .

8.) Add corn flour paste to thicken the gravy.

9.)Simmer till the corn starch gets cooked and the gravy is thickened. add vinegar and the fried paneer cubes.

10.)Lastly simmer for 1-2 minutes…

11.)Garnish with chopped spring onion greens .Now your chilli paneer is ready to dig in .
