Gajar Ka Halwa

Ingredients:
1.)1 kg fresh carrots ( about 6 long carrots). Wash , peel & grate the carrots
2.)1 & 1/2 cup sugar 

3.)4 tsp ghee  
4.) 2 tbsp milk
5.)1/2 cup condensed milk (any brand)
6.)Chopped almond as per choice
7.)1/2 tsp cardamom powder
 

 Method:
1.)Heat a nonstick/ ceramic pan , add 4 tsp ghee . Add grated carrots and Saute on low flame for 5 min. 

2.)Add 2 tbsp milk and saute for another 5 to 6 min till the raw smell disappears. Add condensed milk and saute well till it blends with the carrots and thickens.
3.) Once its mixed well add sugar, stir and cook on low flame till the sugar melts and mixes well . Stir continuously for another 2 to 3 min. 
4.)Add cardamom powder , mix well
5.)Garnish with chopped almonds or dry fruits of your choice.
