Green Pumkin Sabji

"Oil free green pumkin sabji "
Good for weight watchers and health conscious people.

Ingredients:
1.)1 cup Green pumkin (cut in cubes)
2.)1 tsp turmeric powder
3.)2  tsp green chilli paste
4.)1 tsp coriander (for garnish)
5.)1 lemon wedge (for garnsih)
6.)1 tsp cumin seeds
7.)1 tsp mustard seeds
8.)1 tsp salt
9.) 2 tomato slices (for garnish)

Method:
1.)In a pressure cooker add some water and keep a vessel in the cooker.
2.)Now add the chooped green pumkin in the vessel and allow it to cook for 5 to 10 mins till it gets soft.
3.)Then drain the water and keep aside .
4.)Take a pan and dry rost cumin & mustard seeds .
5.)Now add the  turmeric powder & green chilli paste and saute for 2 mins.
6.)Then finally add the chopped green pumkin and cook with a little water for 5 mins till everything cooks well .
7.)Garnish with chopped coriander ,tomato slice .
8.)Serve hot with chapati or bhakri.

Note :If u want you can add 1 tsp oil to it .But without oil also it tastes good .
