Chicken Tikka

Have you ever tried the delectable restaurant style chicken tikka starter at home? I bring you a simple recipe of this popular non veg delight that is irresistible. Ingredients: For Marination 1.)250 gms Boneless Chicken 2.)2-3 tbsp Curd 3.)Tandoor Food Colour (Orange) 4.)1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 5.)1 tsp Mix Masala 6.)1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 7.)Salt to taste

Method: For Marination 1.}Take boneless chicken in a large bowl, add curd, kashmiri red chilli powder, mix masala, ginger garlic paste, tandoor colour & salt. Mix all the ingredients well. 2.}In a pan, cook the marinated chicken for 5-10 mins without oil or ghee. 3.}Once the marinate in the chicken dries, take it off the flame and let it cool down completely.

For Grilling :
1.) Take skewers and add the cooked chicken and keep it ready for grilling.
2,)Now grill the chicken skewers on the gas with high flame or on barbeque or in the oven
3.)To grill it in the oven set the oven temperature to 200 degree c ,for 10 to 12 mins or till done.
4.)Serve hot.
