Paav Bhaji Khakra zero oil

This Pav Bhaji Khakhra is quite an off-beat snack. It is quite amazing in taste.
This healthy and chatpata snack can be carried along anywhere. And this is made with leftover paav bhaji.

Ingredients-
1. Leftover paav bhaji- 1cup
2. Whole wheat flour- 2 cups
3. Water to knead the dough (add only if required)
4. Salt as per taste
5. Cumin seeds- 1 tbsp
6. Carraway seeds(Ajawain)- 1tbsp

Method:
1. In a bowl add leftover "paav bhaji ki bhaji " .
2. To this add whole wheat flour, salt, cumin seeds, caraway seeds, salt and mix it well. Add water to knead the dough if required.
3. After the dough  is kneaded let it rest for 10 mins.
4. Divide the dough into individual round balls.
5. Then roll a thin chapati out of the dough balls.
6. Heat a tawa then cook the roti on it.
7. Let one side cook then turn it and cook. After both sides are done take a paav bhaji masher and keep  pressing the roti.
8. Repeat this on both sides. It will take 10 mins atleast to get a texture like khakras you get in the market.
9. While doing this ensure the khakra is not burning from any side if you feel it's burning immediately turn it to other side.
10. Serve it with groundnut chutney and tea alongside it.
Happy cooking..!! Enjoy 😋..!!!!

Tip :
Don't  burn the khakra. Do it with full focus.
