Home-made Mulberry Ice cream


This ice cream is simple, but delightful & cools you instantly down! That’s the magic of the homemade mulberry ice cream, and surprisingly is easy to make.. It tastes better than store bought ice cream So let’s start :

Ingredients:-
1.)Whipping Cream - 200ml
2.)Chopped mulberry pieces-200gm
3.) Fresh Mulberry's 200gm
4.)Castor sugar -150gm

Method:-

Step 1:

Prepare a mulberry compote.

1 .In a sauce pan add mulberry with castor sugar & little water .Wait till the Mulberry's are mushy & soft in texture .

Preparing the ice cream base:

1.)In a mixing bowl, add the whipping cream and whip it using a hand mixer or a whisk until stiff peaks & keep aside .


2.)Now in the cream mixture add mulberry compote &  whip until everything gets well incorporated.


3.)Transfer this mixture in a bowl & cover the bowl with aluminum foil so that ice crystals does not form .


4.)After the ice cream is half  frozen then add the chopped mulberry pieces & mix it so that everything gets well incoporated.


5.)Keep it overnight in freezer so that it sets well.


6.)After the ice cream is set, scoop out, serve & Beat the Heat!
