Masala Blast Mushrooms
 {Mushrooms stuffed with hung curd, mozzarella cheese , ajwain & some Indian spices } .

Ingredients :
1.) 1 packet button mushrooms 
2.) 80gm hung curd
3.) 1tsp ajwain
4.) 1tsp red chilli powder
5.)1 tsp  salt 
6.)50gm mozzarella cheese (grated)
7.) 1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
8.) 1 tsp garam  masala  powder
9.)1tsp ginger chopped 

Method:
1.) Wash mushrooms cut the stem & make it  ready for filling .
2.) In a bowl add hung curd , all the Indian spices , then add green chilli paste , garlic ,ginger  & grated  mozzarella cheese & make the filling of mushrooms .
3.) Now fill the mushroom caps with the spicy masala filling.
4.) In a hot pan add oil & shallow fry the mushroom caps.
5.) While serving the mushroom caps add grated mozzarella cheese & gratinate them in a salamander .
6.) You will just love the flavours while eating it . The flavours will just burst in your mouth.
