Sizzling Brownie /Chocolate walnut Brownie with ice-cream

Ingredients for  Brownie:

• • 2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 4 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
• Step 1
• Mix the maida, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
• Step 2
  Heat butter in a pan over low flame.
• Step 3
  Remove the pan from flame when the butter has fully melted. Add sugar, eggs and blend well.
• Step 4
  Add vanilla extract. Add to the maida mixture and mix well.
• Step 5
  Add walnuts and stir to mix.
• Step 6
  Spread this onto a greased baking pan lined with foil.
• Step 7
  Place the pan in a preheated oven at 350F/175C for about 25 to 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
• Step 8
  Remove and cool completely. Before it cools complete, garnish with some finely chopped walnuts.
• Step 9
  Remove the foil and cut into small/medium squares or rectangles.
• Step 10
  Store in an airtight container in the fridge. It stays good for a week.

• Ingredients for Sizzling Brownie:
•  Hershey's  Chocolate sauce-as required                                chocolate wafer (for garnish)
• walnuts (for garnish)                                                             1 scoop vanilla ice cream (any brand)
• Method: 
• 1. As I did'nt have the sizzling plate so instead I served it on a normal plate but believe me end result was      amazing.
• 2. After making the brownie let it cool .Meanwhile on a double boiler  vessel add some chocolate sauce       & heat it.
• 3.Now take a plate & dust some cocoa powder for garnish then on the same plate keep your brownie           piece,over the brownie add a scoop of vanilla ice cream then add a chocolate wafer cube .Garnish with chopped walnut.
• 4.Now pour the hot liqiud chocolate over the brownie & ice cream.Your sizzling brownie is ready to serve....!!!!!
